White (6-foot-1, 235 pounds) spent his first four NFL seasons with Tennessee, where he played 58 games (18 starts) and rushed for 2,349 yards on 628 carries (3.7 avg.) with 24 touchdowns. He also compiled 42 receptions for 204 yards (4.9 avg.). In two career postseason games, he totaled 34 carries for 114 yards (3.4 avg.) and five receptions for 32 yards (6.4 avg.). He was drafted by the Titans in the second round (45th overall) of the 2006 NFL Draft from the University of Southern California.
In 39 games (11 starts) at USC, he rushed for 3,159 yards on 541 attempts (5.8) as he set school and Pac-10 Conference records with 57 total touchdowns (52 rushing).
He was a SuperPrep All-American at Chatfield High School in Littleton, Colo., where he finished as Colorado’s career prep rushing leader with 7,803 yards. He was born on Dec. 20, 1984 in Denver.
