ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Denver Broncos on Monday placed center J.D. Walton on injured reserve and waived linebacker Mike Mohamed, it was announced.
Also on Monday, linebacker Joe Mays was added to the active roster from the reserve/suspended list. Tight end Virgil Green’s suspension was also lifted, but due to a roster exemption, he will not count against Denver’s 53-man active roster prior to Sunday’s game against New England.
