ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Denver Broncos signed free-agent wide receiver Brandon Stokley on Monday, the team announced.

Stokley (6-foot-0, 194 pounds) is a 14th-year player who has three prior seasons of experience with the Broncos, seeing action in 34 games (13 starts) with the club from 2007-09 and totaling 108 receptions for 1,490 yards (13.8 avg.) with 12 touchdowns.

He also spent time with the N.Y. Giants (2011), Seattle (2010), Indianapolis (2003-06) and Baltimore (1999-2002) after being drafted by the Ravens in the fourth round (105th overall) of the 1999 NFL Draft from Southwestern Louisiana University (since renamed the University of Louisiana at Lafayette).

For his career, he has played 131 regular-season games (35 starts) and recorded 339 receptions for 4,680 yards (13.8 avg.) with 34 touchdowns. He also saw time in 14 postseason contests (3 starts), posting 43 receptions for 620 yards (14.4 avg.) with six touchdowns and earning two Super Bowl rings as a member of the 2000 Ravens (XXXV) and the 2006 Colts (XLI).

Stokley, who played football at Comeaux High School in Lafayette, La., was born on June 23, 1976, in Blacksburg, Va.
