General Seating:
There will be no bleachers at the Broncos’ 2011 training camp, but fans will be able to view the practices from selected areas that will be marked clearly on site. Fans will primarily be seated along the west end of the practice fields.

Admission to the Denver Broncos’ 2011 training camp will be ADA accessible.

Lawn Chairs:
Lawn chairs will not be allowed at training camp.

Bag Policy:
Soft-sided bags no larger than 12” x 12” x 12” will be permitted at training camp.

Fans are welcome to use still cameras during Broncos’ 2011 training camp, but video cameras will not be permitted. Only members of the media will be allowed to bring cameras with professional lenses and tripods to training camp.

Players will be designated by position group (WRs, DLs, DBs, etc.) to sign autographs for fans after each practice open to the public. All autographs will take place by the guest seating area located on the west end of the practice fields.

Food and Beverages:
Food concessions will not be sold during training camp, but non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on site. Food and non-alcoholic beverage items will be permitted in small individual quantities.

Umbrellas of any size will not be permitted inside the Broncos’ training facility. Please bring sufficient wet weather attire if necessary.

Team Store:
The Broncos’ team store will be temporarily relocated adjacent to the practice fields during training camp. This area will be clearly marked.

Media Access:
Training camp practices are open to the media for their entirety and include a limited photography period. Media access will be granted by camp credentials, which will be issued by the Broncos’ public relations department. The credentials are valid for the duration of training camp and will include a photo ID.

Media members may obtain credentials for training camp in the Broncos’ press room, where a member of the public relations department will be present to assist them. Please note that these credentials will not be valid for games at INVESCO Field at Mile High.

On their first visit, media members are encouraged to allow a few extra minutes to get their camp press credential, which will be processed on site upon their arrival. Access is strictly limited to working media only, and the media may not bring guests to designated press areas during practice.

Media Parking:
Members of the media covering training camp will park in Lot A, which is located to the west of the Broncos’ training facility. The media parking area will be supervised by security. A limited number of parking passes will be available for media organizations to pick up beginning on Wednesday at the Media Barbecue.

Dress Attire:
Members of the media must be dressed professionally and appropriately to be granted access to the Broncos’ training camp. Cutoff/sleeveless shirts are not permitted and shorts/skirts must be of appropriate length.

Media Photography/Viewing Locations:
During the designated 15-20 minute photography period at the beginning of each practice, media may access the north, east and south sidelines of the facility’s easternmost field. Photographers must shoot tight shots of field action to avoid shots of formations.

Following the photography period, media can view the remainder of the practice either in front of the ADA tent on the north side of the practice fields or in the southeast corner near the press gate. Media may walk between the viewing areas but cannot stop along the way.

Cell Phone Activity:
Phone conversations are not permitted at any time in the media viewing areas. Text messaging and other data transmissions, including the use of social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook, are allowed in compliance with the club’s reporting guidelines below:
  • No texting, blogging or posting real-time updates on practice plays/structure
  • No written descriptions or visual accounts of tactical information (anything involving general strategy—formations, blitz schemes, gimmick plays, tendencies and any coaching or player dialogue)
  • No photo/video transmissions after the designated shooting period has ended
Please make sure all cell phones inside the practice gate are turned to ‘silent’ or ‘vibrate’ mode.

Still photographers and videographers may only set up their tripods on the sidewalk or the long grass areas surrounding the fields. For safety reasons, tripods and other equipment may not be left unattended at any time.

Head Coach Availability:
Head Coach John Fox will be available to the media in a group setting on the field following the team’s first practice of each day.

Requests for individual interviews with Coach Fox, team executives or assistant coaches must be made in advance through the club’s public relations department.

Player Availability:
As in previous camps, players will be available to the media for both group and individual interviews coming off the practice field.

Live Shot Locations:
The primary designated area for live shots is located in front of the helmet on the outside wall in front of the Broncos’ training facility. The area immediately inside the press gate, off the field and immediately adjacent to the wall will be available for live shots only if the team is completely finished and no one is on the playing field.

Radio Stations:
Radio stations looking to broadcast live from training camp must contact John Karpan of the Broncos’ operations department (303-264-5581) to arrange for tent locations. In addition, radio stations must contact Rick Seifert of the Broncos’ communications department (720-258-3999) to arrange for the use of telephone lines.

Broncos players will be available for live interviews for radio stations; however the interview must be pre-arranged with the player and coordinated through the public relations department at a time that does not conflict with the player’s football responsibilities.

Editing Trailers for Local TV Stations:
Television stations interested in parking an editing trailer at training camp must contact John Karpan of the Broncos’ operations department (303-264-5581).
